We are fortunate in that we have an excellent peal of 8 bells and a very active bell ringing team.  We have the oldest complete set of bells in the area dating from 1886.

The team practise every  Wednesday  from 19.30 - 21:00 although on the 1st Wednesday of each month we have a joint practice alternating at Hoghton and Chorley St Mary's. Please contact Ray or Viv Clayton on 01254 853242 to check this prior to visiting.  

 

We usually manage to ring everything from rounds and call changes up to many major and triples methods .  All are welcome. 

Sunday service ringing is from 10.45am to 11.15am every week.
